Leading and coaching leaders

I could see the shift.

Although Saul and I did not work together directly, I did have him lead and coach my leaders within the organisations. He was a fly on the wall with many of the internal meetings I was apart of. During his time working with my managers I could see a shift in the way they worked, thought, and lead the team. I do not believe that I would have developed such a great relationship with my manager if it wasn't for the work Saul undertook with them. Thanks Saul :)
