A real privilege

Saul gave me lifelong skills

It is not so often that you get the privilege to be coached and mentored by Saul. I was just starting my leadership journey when Saul was brought into the business as our business coach. Through his engaging workshops I was able to practice vital technics that are stuck with me till this day and ensure I am doing the best I can when I am in a challenging or new business situation. As a new leader, you are thrown into the deep end but with Saul I was able to navigate a big team and new responsibilities with his guidance. I took most value out the sessions when Saul observed team meetings and 1:1 to which he was able to give direct feedback on how I could talk through challenging topics or get more out of the conversation. I have learnt lifelong skills that will help me grow as a leader into the future and I can’t thank Saul enough for the dedication and passion he has brought to helping me in my career development.
