What did I get from being coached by Saul?

Saul took very little time to get ‘up to speed’ on my role and the business unit; and within days, Saul was able to clearly identify areas of strength, and areas of opportunity. I was given constant, open feedback, and always with a practical way forward. All of these interactions were two way discussions which I appreciated as it gave me an opportunity to float ideas and talk through various approaches. Saul has a unique and somewhat unorthodox style, but I believe this is essentially what makes Saul’s techniques and coaching so effective – less formal, highly practical. I have seen first-hand the result of Saul’s involvement having a wide spread positive influence across varying levels of corporate staff.
