What's unique about Saul?

I found Saul to be the most appropriate facilitator for the program. Saul managed to learn the business unit and personnel very quickly and I believe this was of real benefit to the success of the program within our team. The techniques learnt were all delivered in a way that seemed to come naturally for Saul, therefore it never just felt like yet another corporate leadership program. All techniques were very relevant and coached in a way that now has us talking about them as everyday norm.
